A vegetarian take on a classic cold-weather Mexican soup. Hominy, Russet Potato, Carrot, Onion, Anaheim Chile, and a bunch of spices go into the soup. Each container of soup comes with shredded Purple Cabbage, sliced Radish, chopped Cilantro, and fried Tortilla Strips. One quart feeds two.
